He looked like he'll still be able to score like an elite player but was not remotely the Monta Ellis we'll need. No defense to speak of and probalby none coming. That's where his injury was most apparent and anyone who missed it is an idiot already, so we won't spend much time on this.
Much better than expected endurance- and shot-making-wise, but one has to wonder: 34 minutes? He wants it bad and the team doesn't is the line we're being forcefed.
